good morning, bob. >> reporter: yeah, good morning to you, laura. we're talking about 11 teams competing on those ac-45s, those 45-foot long catamarans we saw here several weeks ago. they'll be back out here on the bay. it's coinciding with fleet week, which will be taking place this week. jenny, a competitive racer and commentator for the america's cup, good morning to you. >> good morning. i'm doing great, and yourself? >> good. you were just out here a week or two ago competing. >> yeah. >> what were the conditions like this time around? >> fall is a little different. it's much warmer here so it will be a lot less breezy, which is good and bad for the racers. there's a couple of new guys out on the boat so that will be easier for them. it makes it a little easier on boat handling. it should be warmer today, tomorrow and cooling off through the weekend, so good racing. >> reporter: i'm wondering when you're out there, this is one of the few sports that you have to rely on conditions beyond your roll, i.e. the wind. how much is skill? >> it depends

you think we're actually now in a recession, bob. if we're in a recession, when do we see the selloff? >> david, i think when momentum starts to brac in terms of, the market is moving up because of momentum from the price increases. so, a lot of that happened i think beginning with the anticipation of the fed doing qe3 and i think the first bought of bad news that comes causes a sell-off. we're in a traders market, not investors market. people that have money invested like a lot of our clients have don't want to go through another downturn ought to take advances we had and take the opportunity to protect some money. lauren: hey, larry, bring you back in here, we have the debates tonight. what we've seen is the market kind of just drift higher to the multiyear highs in many cases. is the market pricing in an obama win at this point? >> you know, unfortunately, sadly, yes. we're pricing in an obama victory right now. we're pricing in a senate victory. the congress will be kept by the republicans but yes, they are. it could be game chan
